Sorry if this is a simplistic answer but it isn't clear from your post what the problem is.
In ProjeQtOr the term used is 'disconnect' rather than 'logout' and the button for this is at the left hand side at the bottom of the screen. Is your issue that this doesn't work or that you couldn't find it?
