Do you have opportunity to get PHP error log ?
I guess you have write access arror : PHP user should be allowed to write to projeqtor directory
I don't have access.
I see these errors by doing a CTRL+SHIFT+J
I checked the rights of the directories, I am in 755.

Sorry, but it's highly possibly due to hostter restrictions.
I don't know which, but error is clear 403 is e permission denied.
The message in browser console is truncated but end "sion to cces this resource" must be "you don't have permission to cces this resource".
So issue must be solved on your hosting side. Possibly your hoster may help.
