You're facing the max_input_vars issue.
Increase the value of this parameter in your php.ini or try to reduce number of lines displayed in the Real Work Allocation screen (use checkbox options to reduce itms listed or close some activities)

Where is the php.ini file or where do I have to modify the max_vars ?

php.ini is in your php installation.
Use your OS search feature to look for it.
