Just one point : you’ll have to reinitialize your password. Use “Lost password” feature.
I added a code to display a default value: ###EVAL### $value='Select Version' AND ###EVAL### $value='Select Component'
For the "Origin product version" & "Component" drop down list.
Since I saved, the platform is unresponsive, I automatically get logged out. I cannot change as I'm always disconnected.
Same when I connect as user, always being disconnected.
DEV and PRODUCTION issue ! Please help ASAP
Any user trying to create a ticket is being logged out automatically

There is an SQL exception logging the user out. The exception seems to be only on the ticket creation screen / preview of screen customization (right side)
A workaround could be to deactivate the preview window in the customization screen module. This preview window logs me out when I select "Ticket"
Hi,
First; rename last changed files in /model/custom to change extension (add .old for instance).
This should help get instance work again.
Then, examin files and seach for issue. You may get help looking into projeqtor log file or php error log file.
You can also post file here we'll have a look (may help fix the origin of the issue)
