Sorry my tittle isnot very explicit.
In 'global parameters', i would like to add {VERS} in 'prefix format for reference :' but i do that the version of the document still stay {Vers}.
Could you help me ?

This is not supported : Version is not a field present for all items containing reference.
Moreover, for tickets you have original version and target version.
To finish, changing version would expect to change reference, so this would give a non constant value for reference.
Only solution I can imagine to help you is to user "external reference" when you need version to be added to refeference.
