Yes, this is what template is for : just copy the project 🙂
So, there is hope to have this feature soon?;)

It already exists since V1.9 ...
Select Template Project (every Project Leader can access Template Projects, without need to be affected).
Click copy button : in the new pop up, change name for new project, make you to check the "copy structure ..." option, and your're in.
