Just one point : you’ll have to reinitialize your password. Use “Lost password” feature.
In the view "Access to reports", I selected change history visible for profiles: administrative, project leader and manager, but only the user "admin" has visibility. Even another user with administrative rights cannot see the change history.

Users must disconnect / reconnect to retrieve new rights.
Did they do so ?
If yes, please provide some print screens.
It is not somethg I changed, so yes, users have been re-connecting several times.

Are you sure users who don't see the expected reports have profile "Manager" or "Project leader"

Reviewing your screenshots, there is something I don't understand : you set rights for some report.
You then print screen for item detail.
There is no link.
The rights you set just gives right access to the report...
If you're dealing with seeing history detail on each item, it is a parameter each user must manage himself through "User parameters" screen.
