Try and reset List layout (button with bars, then button reset)

Did the reset and it did not work.

The logs do not show anything.

Did you try with admin user ?

I tried the admin user and I can see the list of items. I checked the logs and there is nothing there either.

What I am finding however is when I check the emails sent, it seems it only sends the email to me and not to the person responsible or the assigned resource as ticked.

The other thing I found now is the Mails on event per project the + button is greyed out. Is this a permission thing? I am using the ADMIN account.

So your issue is about access rights.
Check access rights.

Check your sending configuration, and email of resource

I thin that one of your major issue is that your're not using the latest patch our the releae : migrate to V8.3.6.
