On our instance, the Global planning View appears empty for all users except the native admin user.
I tried with an user with administrator profile and the global view is still empty.
Can you help me please ?

Which DB are you using ? (mysql or psotgresql)
Could you please check log file and post any error reported.

If no error, it may be a configuration issue.
Check that users have rights to see what they want to see 😉
For instance, do they see data on standard planning view ?
Hi, yes they see all data their profile should them allow to see, except for global planning view
Then ,there must be an error logged somewhere.
- on projeqtor log file
- on php log file
- on apache error log file
Hi, Found the error. Was a problem with the AD Group not correctly mapped. All is ok with another group of AD users.
