Hello,
when adding a link as attached files, the External Shortcuts menu is not updated.
You need to diconnect/reconnect to refresh the list.

Yes,
It is a known limit that always existed.
This should not be an issue as :
1) these changes are not very often
2) even if we refreshed view for user adding the link, it would not be refreshed automatically for other useres seeing the project
