[#6985]

Hi,
Tickets are created when we receive mails for a specific IMAP mailbox.
Some attachments are added to the created ticket (1 or two files in csv and never more than 400 Ko), visible in Projeqtor
A mail is sent to the responsble of the ticket when created.
All that is ok.

I created a model for mail applied to the mail for ticket's responsible
On this model, i added variables for name, od, ...., and at the end, the variable ${allAttachements} to inject all attachements of a ticket to the mail.

The model is applied and i receive the mail well formatted with all variables but there is no attachements.

Thank you for your help

It is normal : email is sent on ticket creation, this means before files are attached.
It is the same behavior you create a ticket manually and then add attached files : email sent on creation does not have attachements.
Only workaround : ground emails, so that email is not send immediately but delayed.

Ok, understand.

But what do you mean by 'ground emails' ?

I don't mean anything by "ground" emails.
I should have been very tired.
I meant "grouped" emails, option you can activate in Global Parameters

Ok. I changed the way to notify by mail by changing the state of the ticket after it has been created.

I notice the attachment is in the notification mail for files added from Projeqtor
But the file that have been injected in the ticket from the mail that created the ticket is not sent with the notification mail

I don't know if there is a link with my issue but then i ma on the ticket and i add a file as private, this file is not attached tio the mail, like the one from the mail that generated the ticket.

The only difference is that there is not the padlock icon on the second files

Of course, only "public" attachements are send linked to the mail.
Private and team attachments are not, as they have restricted visibility, that cannot be controlled when sending email.

It's logical but i was looking for a reason to the fact that a file can't be sent as an attachement to a mail notification when it has been injected into a ticket by mail

It is an issue.
Attachments to input emails are not tagged correctly, so it's not possible to attache them to an email.
Ticket #5049 recorded
