[#7734]

Hello ,
we were in version 9.0 we are actually in version 9.2.2 , in the global planning view we see only the tasks  we do not see tickets or any other element , this behavioue is the same since the last versions that we had. We never did any migaration to database or any thing else we only do updating to projeqtor regulary when a new version is published.
thank you for your help and assistance.

Hello,

What version of projeqtor are you using? Have you checked that you have the right to see these elements? (Screen rights, reading rights ....) and what do the logs say?
It may be silly but have you remembered to check the boxes in question so that the requested items are displayed. If they are, uncheck and re-check them.

In our case changing the database to utf8 helped (default was utf8mb4, which didn't work).

We changed changed the database configuration instead of implementing the workaround mentioned in following ticket
