In the activity screen (and perhaps not only here), it seems there is no control between the three dates :
- handled = 01/08/2016
- done = 01/07/2016
- closed = 01/06/2016
So "done" can be a day before "handled" and after "closed".
Illogical and nonsense, isn't it ?
I agree that any input action may be carefully done, but anybody can do a mistake or a bad click and select a bad month or a bad year...
So, if this test can be in a future version of ProjeQtOr...

Yes, possibly control handled date <= done date could be added
others are no so simple, because an item (activity or else) could be closed without handled and done are set.
But this is no major issue if you let these data be set by status change...
