In CK Editor, the tooltip text stays in french language, even if user interface in English language.

It is because tooltips in CK Editor are not managed by ProjeQtOr but by CK Editor, that systematically uses your browser locale.
Sorry, but I don't think we can do much about this.

Possibly CK Editor provides a way to force language.
Ticket #2298 recorded to try and change this.
