When making a simple ticket, no ID is created for the ticket based off the
Project Code
Type Type Code
Count
Normally this would be something along the lines of
ABC-DEV-1
However on creating a simple ticket... this is being created as --1,--2 etc
This seems to be a bug.

Just to add... this is actually a global bug and affecting everything in the system.
Is there a likely patch for this?
Creating tickets as TICKET TYPE 1 then changing to TICKET TYPE 2 is leaving all those tickets with TICKET TYPE 1 codes on them.
Yes, there is a parameter in global parameter screen "change reference on type change".
Ther is also an administration function that allowd to update reference for "Tickets".
