The problem with creating the ticket exists when you attach the mail I sent to you within the Mail to create the ticket (the msg-file I sent you has to be an attachment of the mail that creates the ticket).

Hello,
just upgraded to V9.5.4 and I've still the same error: when attaching an email to an email for creating a ticket the ticket will be broken because auf 0kb-files within files/attach-folder.
