Hello,
sometimes, and I can't figure out why, some tickets creation by inputmail box are rejected with this error :
ticket rejeté : Contrôles invalides.le champ 'description' est obligatoire
What I understood is that the description is filled with the email body, and the email body of those messages are not empty. What could possibly engaged this type of error?
Could it be the fact that those message are sent in a "text brut" format and not in HTML format?

The control is defined on Ticket type.
Just remove the constraint to avoid the rejection.
