The message you get means a previous migration was not correctly ended.
It is a security to avoid several migrations in parallel when this process may long few minutes or more.
Just delete file projeqtor/files/cron/MIGRATION to unlock situation.
If migration fails, please post content of log file.

In your case, class Module does not seem to be ProjeQtOr's class.
Do you have any module or php extension that defines a class Module ?
