There is a screen shot of the login screen,
and the 2 available log files in c$xampphtdocsProjeqtorfileslogs
I have rebooted the server, without more success.

OK, there is no error in the log file.
Please check for error in the browser console.

Maybe you can also try to clean browser cache (it sometimes helps)

I don't think that the browser's cache is concern : I have tried from an other pc, with the same problem.

I have tried again, and now, I got the full login screen.
So I have tried to login with user admin.
The time out message mentionned in my first post occurs again, and here are the debug screens given by firefox.
