RD Manager : discover how ProjeQtOr can help you lead your innovation projects
I am
Research & Development Manager
for example in an industrial company
“I’m looking for a flexible tool that supports our innovation projects without adding unnecessary complexity to our processes”
I’m not investing in just another management tool: I’m looking for a platform that accelerates innovation and turns ideas into successful projects.
My goals
- Accelerate innovation
- Prioritize high-value projects
- Optimize R&D resources
- Improve collaboration between teams
- Track roadmap progress
My frustrations
- Lack of visibility into projects
- Priorities that change regularly
- Limited and shared resources
- Scattered information
- Manual reporting and time tracking
- Difficulty prioritizing
My typical day
8h30 AM
What is the progress of our innovation projects?
10h00 AM
We still have a resource conflict between projects
11h30 AM
The committee wants an overview of our roadmap
2h PM
We need better traceability of decisions
4h PM
I have no way of knowing where each team stands
17h30
I’m still spending time consolidating information before the committee
It provides clear, pragmatic and easy to read decision-making dashboards
It offers a real-time view of project portfolios with cross-project and automatically consolidated views
It provides real-time capacity planning for shared resources and pools of resource
I will need to harmonize processes within my department to ensure consistent information
I will need to manage the change process to ensure the successful implementation of the tool
We will probably need to migrate existing data and potentially build interfaces with other systems
ProjeQtOr and its partners can help me harmonize my processes according to ProjeQtOr best practicies
These partners can help me plan and manage the change process according to ProjeQtOr best practicies
ProjeQtOr integrations such as imports and APIs will allow me to retrieve existing data and build interfaces
