Do you have any clue to check in "deep" parameters / conf' (php file or database) ?
Yes and it works with comma but it's unusable because I can't just replace comma by semicolon (some data contains comma).
Please find an export in attachments. I have to open it and rename some key information. I can send you a raw file by email or private message but ...
Just to be clear, in our case, we updated one instance (Prod, where semicolons was not working for semicolons) in last version but it's still not work...

Hello, I also encounter this problem of semicolon missing for all exports. I was on 10.4.4 version and updated to 10.4.5. I even tried on 11.0.1...
