Okay it was set to 5min an issue still present. where is this log file?

I belive this is set to 4000

Any idea which timeout, or is there a way to manually create tables?

I just did a fresh install running maria db new db.And still getting an error. Upon first login it will spin for a few min then just stop with no mess...
