[SOLVED] Copy project creates new project but then deletes it and gives notice

I upgraded to version 8.6.6 (274), latest version, and it appears to have fixed the issue. I copied the project -- and it worked as it should.

I had to cut the log file pretty significantly to get it under 2MB but this should give you the idea. I also replaced the URL of the actual instance ...
