hello,
when i tried to install projeqtor on a subdomain i get this error message ::
Technical issue occured possibly due to bad network connection.
Please try again.
If issue persists, please contact your administrator.
in the console i get this error ::

Reply is "403 (Forbidden)"
So you have error in configuration of your acces rights to sub-domain folders.
Check your apache config (try and widely open rights)

Your issue is not on physical access rights to folder.
It is in Apache configuration.
You virtual host does not grant access.
