[#3085]

Hello,
in project management it is possible to copy the structure of a project, meaning to duplicate linked activities.
Is it possible to have this option also for action management? I would like to have linked activities duplicated (for working with action templates).
Thanks a lot!

Thanks!
I see that I havn't been clear in my question. I'm trying to copy an Action in this way, not an Activity, or do I miss something?

I could of course use Activity - or project - management for corrective action plans, but I worry that this will not be very clear for my collegues...
What do you think?
🙂

You want copy linked actions from one project to another.
So, you want duplicate actions too.

Yes, I'd like to duplicate actions with the structure of activities (duplicate action and linked activities) 😆

Hi,
Your request is not very clear.

duplicate actions with the structure of activities

This is nonsense : action does not include strucutre (wbs) of activities

duplicate action and linked activities

This is already possible : copy links !

Thank you and sorry if this is annoying,
trying to re-think my idea of managing corrective action plans.
What I really need to do is follow up corrective actions through the following steps that might be assigned to different people:
Keeping track of working time on these would be nice.
1) Stock isolation (e.g. assigned to production manager or quality manager if stock at customers)
2) Root cause analysis (R&D project manager or process responsible or group)
3) Application of solution (impacted process responsible or group)
4) Verification of solution (test operator or process responsible)
5) Validation of solution (director or customer or other)

How would you do that in ProjeQtOr?

Just define a workflow, with restriction of profil able to change from one status to another.
