Sorry, but my boss have charged me to find solutions to all this questions for tomorrow.
So I have another question :
I need to know how to send an alert to the responsible of the project, when the expenses defined exceed the expensed defined, I have try to configure this but no alert, what must i do configurate ?

Menu Controls & Automation / Indicator
Create new line for Project.
Then be sure the CRON process is running (have a lokk at admin page)
NB : I'm afraid you'll be able to raise alert for costs (resource costs) but not for expenses
This feature does not exist (yet). I recorded ticket #3351 to bring this improvement
