Can you please help me to find why blank alerts generating!?
They are many blank alerts 342 generated till now since mar-2022.
Total alerts including blank alerts are 624 till now since mar-2022.

I think, above information and attachments can be helpful to resolve the issue. 
 

It's not a Blank Alert : it has at least a title.
Some little reading may give you a hint ...

Yes, you are right that those all records (excluding 3 records) are having titles in it.

1.It is not giving any clarity that alert shows for which project / element / id.

Obviously, the 2 alerts above are not blank and refers to incorrect entries on the timesheet.
Maybe you can investigate into alerts you've created (as an admin) on specific events (of your choice) in the event notification screen, or into the global parameters (for instance into the automation tab...).
 

Can you please help me to guide through screenshot for better understanding, I have checked event notification and global parameter > automation tab, but I am not getting any clue there!

I can see 3 alerts which are having blank title in alerts and those are not having name of receiver ProjeQtOr Admin, but what I will have to do for stop getting these blank alerts?

I am logging in as username: kavi-admin (real name: ProjeQtOr Admin) where I am getting blank alerts.
