Is it possible to create a ticket by sending an email to an adress ? (like for most of ticket management system)
For exemple :
Project TOTO
you create an adress TOTO@comp.fr and link it to TOTO project in ProjeQtOr
you can send an email at TOTO@comp.fr and it create the ticket in TOTO project with
Subject --> become the name of the ticket
message --> use some key word like "[priority]:high" to define the ticket and the rest is the object of the ticket.
