Procedure is exactly the same as in previous version, and is different if you're using LDAP or not
Without LDAP :
- admin defines default password in "Parameters" >> "Global Parameters"
- admin creates the user : "Environmental Parameters" >> "Users" or select "Access Rights" context menu to see the user icon on top menu bar.
- admin Resets password for user throught the correspondng button, and possibly sends information to user (with correspondin button)
- user connects with defaut password and is requested to chenge password on forst connection
- admn and project leaders can affect user to project in order to give him visibility on these projects
With LDAP :
- admin defined default profile in "Parameters" >> "Global Parameters"
- user connects with LDAP accounts.
- on first connection, a user is created in ProjeQtOr
- admin can then change profile of user if needed
- admn and project leaders can affect user to project in order to give him visibility on these projects

Difference with previous versions if that :
- button has move to the right part of user screen
- user can now reset his own password throught user parameter screen (without needing to disconnect)
