First, you'd better upgrade up to V5.0.4.

Second : what did you do in the mean time (between correct behavior, until bad behavior) ? Did you change some access rights, affectations, ... ?

V5.0.4 : i know, i Will plan this upgrade.
No changes were made by me.I'm the only admin user with The One that came with The installation.
I checked the access rights screen and IT seems ok.

With the admin account (administrator access rights) i can see all my users in the real work allocation user drop down list.
With my user (also administrator access rights), i don't see all the users.

Any ideas ?

Maybe your second user is affected to projects with profile not administrator : this will reduce access rights to these projets.

I see everything now except for a few users.
I am with this account affected to a list of projects with Adminstrator profile.
for one of my affected project I am Project manager. And I see real work allocation for the people that are on this project.

I have for example two accounts declared as supervisor, while I want them to be able to see all the activities in projeqtor.
One of that supervisor as no project affected for him.
The other has one project on which I am not affected.

I can't see real work allocation for these two users.

In the supervisor point of view :
In Parameters >> Access Rights >> Specific acces, on "Access on real work allocation for resources", you'll see that Supervisors have (by default) only access to "Own elements".
If you set this parameter to "Elements of own projects", only second supervisor can see work for ressource affected to the project he also is affected to.
If you set it to "All elements on all projects", they both will be able to see work for any resource.

In your own point of view :
As you are affected as Admin on some projects, you'll sell real work for all users affected to these projects.
So it's normal you don't see work for the 2 supervisors.
You should affect then to one of your projects (they integrate one on your teams) top see them in real work allocation screen.

I've just affected me on one of the projects of the users I was not seeing on real work allocation drop down list. Now I see them.
