I do not understand... why the Cron stopped automaticaly after few minutes ? And why Cron don't start / restart automaticaly ?

Check for log file, if errors exist stopping the Cron.
If no error is reported, then possibly you're facing a timeout stop.
This a frequent issue on NGINX. You'll find some hints on how to fix this in the "tips and tricks"section of the forum.
