What do you mean by Links, where ? which screen ?

Because your milestones and activities are not "linked" to the project, they are "contained" into the project.
You will use link to link projects between them, or link a ticket from support project to a new project to point out that this ticket was the origin of the project.

Can we automatically link an action, a milestone, a ticket for a project?
Because on the first window of my project I cannot know if an activity or a milestone or an action is in place.
I have to go to each section to see if my project is concerned.

You have the information on "Today page", with a summary.
Or you can use "global view" screen to see main objects on a project (using project selector)
