We are actually testing your nice project. Could you tell me :
- how can I change alert email content/title?
- I see that you plan to map activities to meeting. Then it'll be possible to add cost to meeting (for a two hours meeting with some project leaders, it's not 0$...). When it'll be available?
- Is it possible to show meeting/decisions in the planning?

In parameters.php file (in /files/config by default). Change $paramMailTitle and $paramMailMessage.

I don't idnetify which evolution you are talking about. Could you remind the ticket id ?

No. It could be an improvment.

Ticket #435 is dealing with link beetwen Meetings and Actions (not activities).
The goal is to be able to list actions to deal (or dealt) during a meeting.
Then is no planned evolution about registring spend time on Meeting : you should just create new activity for such tasks.
