Hi,
I have a question about setting up task: if i am setting task and assigning it to user without specifying the start date but with predecessor set and the duration specified and constraint as soon as possible I would expect this task will appear at the first available date for the assigned resiource but in Gantt chart I can see the link from predecessor to unknown time in past.
What I am doing wrong?
Another question: how to set up critical path?

You must replan the projet (calculation is not automatic).
Critical path is not managed in Project'Or RIA.
It is a identified evolution, not planned yet.
What you mean by replan the project?
Recalculate : on Gantt planning view, click on button on left of the start date...
This have moved the predecessor start date to the beginning of the project not the date it have been scheduled
Ok, if I understand it right, I need to recalculate project FROM THE DATE OF PREDECESSOR start date. Am I right?

I don't realy understand what you mean.
Generally, planning is calculated from current date.
Sometimes you may need to calculate from last consolidated date (for instance from start of week if you know that real work imputation is not up to date).
Could you precise your request ?

After project recalculation there are some issues with arrows pointing into nowhere or to the middle of the task. Can you please suggest how to fix that?

And some arrows just not connected with the tasks at all... So, tasks dependencies is not displayed proper after project recalculation
Dependency display issues have been fixed in V1.9
