I created a basic email template for tickets below, however when I receive the email there are no attachments and the notes section is blank and does not show any of my notes from the ticket: Please advise. Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Remember to remove the automatic corrector when you create the email template on another software, this can cause errors, finally, there may be several notes so try to format them like the templates provided in the plugin:
example: [note.noteText;block=tbs:row]
I was able to get the notes to show in the email now. They were set to private. After making them public, the notes appear in the email sent using the template.
What do you mean "automatic corrector"?
I still do not have any attachments in the email after using ${allAttachments} in the email template. Any ideas?
For the automatic corrector, it is that of the browser which underlines misspelled words like in Word.
For attachments, are your attached files still present in the projeqtor directories? have they not been deleted? Can you download them? How are they shared? What is the file format?

Yes. The file attachments are on the server.

What do you mean when you say, "How are they shared?"
Do I need to setup sharing permissions on the server, etc...?
Are your attached files still present in the directories?
Can you download them from the ProjeQtOr interface?
How are they shared? (public, private, team?)
Are you sure these are attached files and not links?
Has the size of these files not exceeded the size authorized by your server?
Have you tried also testing on our demo site to see if it works?
Other than that, I'm out of ideas, because everything works very well with your model on our instances.
