Hello,
I am encountering an issue with Individual Expenses. When an item is created and saved, it is properly saved. When its status is changed to the next step according to the corresponding workflow, it is automatically deleted. I checked the MySQL database and the item is indeed deleted. I cannot see anything relevant in the logs (log level script or debug).
Could you suggest ideas to investigate this further ?

Hi,
This issue is already fixed and fix is available through subscription.
It will be deployed on V12.1.3.
