[#4671]

I created individual expenses for an activity, but the Cost fields in the Activity Progress Section doesn't seem to calculate or add the costs to the activity.

How does this work or what am I doing wrong.

Expenses are not "linked" to an activity, and creating a link between items does not provide specific calculation.
There is not functionnal meaning to the "link".

Expenses are summed as... expenses, on the project.
Cost only sums up cost of resource (from resource cost, defined on resource)

When you say from Resource, I look at the Table of Resources I have and I can't seem to work out how to put the price or costing. Is there somewhere else I need to be looking at.

I guess based on my last question too. If I put a Bill to an Activity, that would not add the Bill price to the actual Cost in the Activity Window would it?

Look at the interface, not at the database.

Interface=Application
Menu is "resource" (in environmental parameters)
