Hi,
I have restricted user access to only one particular project but in project selection (left top corner) user still can see all the projects (yes, he cannot see any content of these projects). How I can allow to see only his own project?

It is exactly the expected behavior.
Check access rights.
There must be one item where profile has rights to see all items on all projects (then all projects are displayed)
