Hello and happy New Year!
I have an input mailbox for creating tickets and everything works fine: when an email is received a ticket is created and I get an notification mail because I'm responsible for that tickets. Unfortunately someone else who isn't even assigned to the project is the creator of that ticket so that he also gets the notification mail. How can I change the creator of ticket created by mail?

Hi
Ticket get as creator the id of user who lauched the Cron, wich is the porcess that creates the ticket.
