Hello,
I cannot clearly identify what and how it possible to limit the projects display list according to the user connected (project selector list).
In my case, I have a user, without any project or team assignment who can't do anything but the list of projects (in the selector list) is still fully visible.

Thank for your feedback
Regards,

Hello,
I think it's related to the access rights of this user.
You have to check what the exact profile of this user is. (you can see that on his page, on the screen "users", on "description" tab)
Then, check on the access to data (project dependant) screen what this profile can see for the line "Projects". For instance, with "no access", this profile won't be able to see any project in the selector list, with "reader +", he'll be able to see the list of projects (even if he's not assigned to them).
Hope this helps. 🙂

Hi,
Thanks for your quick reply and feedback.
Are you sure that there are no other parameters that influence?

Because, I have two profile with the same level acces on line "Project".
And if I switch my user from one to another I don't have the same result, first case I don't see any project (perfect) second case I see all the projects, strange ?

Thanks for your support
Regards,

Hello,

so, if you have a parameter with a + then you will necessarily see the projects.
For example, if you are manager + on actions, then you need to be able to access the actions of all projects so you will see them.
Even if the project does not yet include an action...

Find the +, modify it and it would be fixed!
