On Report -> Miscellaneous -> "List of attachments per user" we can see the Attached Files (via Files tab) related to items such as Activity, Action, Meeting, etc...., but not those under the Project element ! Is there a valid reason or is it a bug ?
Then, is there a way to see on "List of attachments per user" report displayed directly under Today page, the attachments inserted under Project element, too ?
Furthermore, under Activity Stream of any element we can see many feeds, ok, but not feeds related to addition of attachment files. I think that, for project users team, knowing via streaming of this type of operation should also be useful

The objective: what happened? it's not for the history but for the important points: assignment, sending an email, change of status, etc.So, what you are proposing is not planned.
