job list ( liste des taches )
and how the can be used together
Job List is fixed list of sub-tasks for an item, and can be defined for almost any item.
For instance, you define that for Activities of type "Developement", you will have job list :
- Conception
- Realization
- Testing
So all activities of this type will get this three steps.
Todo list is list of sub-tasks that you will define for each item, and can be defined only for Tickets, Activities and Actions (what can be called a Task)
So activities have empty list at first.
There you can progressivement add todo list, with responsible and status)
Here, we use todo lists to follow internal issues on tickets (that are user scenarios), without having to create new ticket each time.
