Hallo Forum Members and Developers,
we have a Project with many small sub tasks fulfilled by a bigger team. The team members complain that it is difficult to find their activities in the time sheet.
The timesheet has neither a search function for task i/D nor other search functions. So one has to scroll the long list and find a task by chance... more or less 🙂
May be we missed something, but is there a "shortcut" from an activity or meeting, where resources enter mostly some information in "result" field, to the timesheet to ease the work a little? The project members tend to ignore the timesheet because of the difficulty to find their activities...what makes it difficult for administration to fill in the gaps.

P.S. They are advised to use the name of the activity and the browsers search function so far...
If you have "many" small tasks, maybe you should not manage them as activities, but as tickets.
Then resource can easily enter time spent on the tickets.
