I'm sorry, it's not possible. No mandatory modification possible between ticket to parent activities.
This is possible (to define that a field a mantatory depending on status) through the Screen Customization plugin.
With this plugin, you can define attributes (hidden, realonly or required) of fields depending on status, type or profile of user.
This plugin also enables creation of new fields to adapt screen to your needs.

Yes, the plugin is compatiblef rom V6.4.4 to latest version of Projeqtor.
It is maintained so new versions may be published to ensure compatibility.
