In planning view, I want to have a synthetic view so I check the reduce group mode to only have project name.
My problem is that for a reason that I d'ont understand, many meetings (recurrent or not) (and also one activity) remains displayed. These meetings seems all to be in the past. Do you have an idea on how I can display only project header ?

Can you show planning with "show wbs" checked ?

Very strange indeed.
I saw this on V5 but could not identify source.
Ticket #2487 recorded to analyse.
Every time I saw this issue, there was a quick fix : move items in the gant.
It will force renumbering and reording.
In your case, try and move periodic meeting (the parent of 349.1.1.x).
Finally you gave me the solution ! all these meetings or activity depend on parent activities that are closed. If I checked the "see closed elements" everything is correctly reduce ... so it seems that I have to do some cleaning
