Hi Guys,
I have downloaded the latest stable version of projeqtor V11.3.2.zip. My current version is quite old at 8.5.0
I followed the steps to upgrade which isDeploy new version ;
- Unzip projeqtorVx.y.z.zip to the web server directory
(installing from existing version before V4.0.0, please take care that root directory name has changed)
- Connect as administrator : database will update automatically.
I did exactly as required, in I uploaded the zip file in my /public_html/
Then I extracted the files of projeqtorV11.3.2.zip from /public_html/ and it the screen said all files were extracted to /public_html/projeqtor/
However when I log into projeqtor with my admin password, nothing happens and the version still remains as 8.5.0
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Your previous version of projeqtor was is /public_html/projeqtor/ ?
Did the extract run correctly (sometime end message is "all OK", but no file was extracted because of access rights)
Check version deployed in /public_html/projeqtor/tool/projeqtor.php line 58
$version = "V11.3.2"; // Version of application : Major / Minor / Release
My original files were and still are in public_html/projeqtor
There was no error message when I followed the instructions to upgrade.
I check the file you mentioned and it seems to have been upgraded. See screenshot
You unzipped at /home/iconicprod/public_html
Are you sure it is you web document root ?
Generally, it is /var/www/html ...
Try and rename this folder, if your projeqtor still runs, it's not the good directory
Check apache configuration / vitualhost definition
I cannot seem to do it. Do you offer technical support (paid or f course) to update my ProjeQtor? If Yes, how much would it cost?
