i would like to create a proposal project but i've got a message :
Strategic value is required for Proposal type projects
what does it mean ?
there is no Proposal Section display ... so there is no opportunity, risk, value ... fields display...

This means filling in the strategic value field of your project in the treatment section.
When your project is actually registered as a proposal, new fields will appear to fill in your SWOT
