Hi,
I do not understand why notes on tickets are sorted from the most recent to oldest as it is not the case for other users.
I would prefer to have the last notes first

If you select (in user parameters) to display notes as discussion, they will be displayed in chronological order, otherwise, they will be displayed in reverse order.
