Hi,
When I assign an action to a responsable, the responsable doesn't received the notifcation.
I think I have sometimes wrong on my global configuration, because we received only the notifcation regarding Timesheet.
My cron task is active.
Could you help me ?

On youir screenshot you have only alerts on status change.
You should add alert on responsible change.
