Can you chek for Javascript errors ?
Which browser are you using ? Wich version of brother ?
Which version of Project'Or RIA ?

I usually use firefox to open the page.
I just tried to open by IE 7, still the same. But found there's an exclamation mark shown at the bottom left of the status bar.
I clicked on it.
It shows
page has problem, can't display correctly
line: 235
character: 4
mistake: 'dojo.byId(....)' is null or not a object
code: 0

Which javascript in which file would cause the problem?
I don't know why yours is ok, mine just can't work?

Hi,

Strange you get such an error.
But this is a clue.

Can you get the full error within Firefox : [CTRL]+[SHIFT]+J to open the error console.
